When I think of rum punch, I usually picture pineapple, orange juice and a long list of ingredients. This one takes a simpler route. My new Guava Rum Punch uses guava nectar as the main flavor, along with coconut rum, spiced rum, fresh lime juice and sparkling water. The lime balances the sweetness, and the sparkling water gives it a light, bubbly finish.
The recipe makes one cocktail, so there’s no need to mix an entire pitcher! It’s an easy option when you want something a little different from the usual rum-and-pineapple combination, and just for yourself.
