Hi Reader, The weather is finally starting to feel a bit more like fall here in North Carolina, and this is such a good time for a warm breakfast. If you’re looking for something homemade but easy to make on a work-from-home morning or over the weekend, this Blueberry Maple Oatmeal is a really good recipe to try. It uses frozen blueberries, which I love because you can keep them in the freezer and not have to worry about using them before they go bad. Because somehow fresh berries always seem to have a much shorter life expectancy than expected, haha.
One important tip: make sure to use old-fashioned rolled oats for this recipe, not quick-cooking oats. And if you want to make the morning extra good, add a hot cup of coffee or tea. I think a brown sugar almond milk latte would be perfect with it. You can get that recipe here. This Week’s FreebieIn case you missed it, I recently made a printable recipe page for my Guava Rum Punch. You can print it for your recipe binder or save the digital version to your phone or tablet.
