A blueberry mojito mocktail for a summer afternoon 🫐

Healing Blueberry Mojito Mocktail drink recipe in a tall glass with ice

Hi Reader,

How's your summer going? It’s been awhile since I last emailed you! I’ve been working on a new blueberry lemonade recipe that I can’t wait to share with you soon. I’ve also been giving Tea in January a little refresh and redesign behind the scenes, and I’m excited to start showing up in your inbox again in a more intentional way.

In the meantime, I realized there’s another blueberry drink on Tea in January that I never sent to you!

This Healing Blueberry Mojito Mocktail is made with homemade blueberry simple syrup, fresh lime, mint, sparkling water, and plenty of ice.

It’s an easy drink to make when you want something a little more fun than sparkling water. The mint and lime keep it refreshing, while the blueberry syrup gives it a beautiful purple color.

This recipe was originally created during a time when I needed a little extra healing from surgery. I paired it with seven positive affirmations for healing and made them into a free printable bundle with affirmation cards, phone wallpapers, a coloring page, and a notes page.

Coming Soon!

On another exciting note, I’m planning to send a Tea in January email each week with a recipe and a digital freebie you can download and keep. Some weeks it may be a printable recipe card or bottle label. Other weeks, it might be an affirmation, wallpaper, coloring page, or something else I’ve created.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this blueberry mocktail and find an affirmation you’d like to carry into the week ahead.

Cheers,

♡ Rebecca at Tea in January

P.S. The blueberry lemonade is still coming. I just need more ice and one more round of recipe testing first!
