Are you looking for an easy dessert recipe to make for Valentine's Day? I have the perfect decadent chocolate dessert recipe that doesn't even require any baking!

This Chocolate Pots de Creme is one of my very favorite recipes. I learned how to make this in high school, and I've been making it ever since!

All you need to make this recipe is five ingredients:

• Eggs
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• Strong, hot coffee
• Bourbon
• Whole milk

I've been making this recipe for years and it never fails to impress. I also included a funny story in the blog post about the first time I made this recipe.
