New Recipe! Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

It's been awhile since I've written you an email. How have you been? I hope you're enjoying some beautiful fall weather!

I just posted a new smoothie recipe on the blog that’s been part of my healing routine lately. It’s simple, soothing, and really delicious.

I had surgery this summer, and it took me a little longer to recover than I was expecting. So I came up with this blueberry smoothie recipe to help support my recovery.

💙 Blueberry Vanilla Healing Smoothie
This smoothie is made with frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and coconut milk, along with collagen peptides to help with healing. This one is gentle, satisfying, and so easy to make.
